I wish life had had not too many perspectives. This is horrible. There is multiple points of view to an incident, a person, a thought.

The 'fourth estates' of our democracy work on the slogans of finding and propagating 'the truth'. The reality into the nuclear deal, the grotesque realities of the Largarh terror, the realities of Sino-Indian ties-up propaganda... What is 'the reality' when there are several truths and perspectives?

I had this thought when I read one of the cover stories of Outlook India named 'The trickle down revolution', written by Arundathi Roy, the goddess of small things. She had gone tantrum, criticising the government of India, which she thinks has gone berserk with the lure of lucre and development. A dabble through the comments received gave a mixture of consent and dissent.
